Customer Services Manager
Job Description
- Provide a full range of customer services and build up strong relationship with customer
- Evaluate and provide appropriate solution and recommendation to our customer
- Lead the Customer Services and Telesales team
Job Requirements
- Degree holder with proven customer services experience in telecommunication field
- At lease 5 years experience include at lease 2 years in supervisor level
- Good business sense and excellent interpersonal skill
- Analytical mind and strong problem solving skills.
- Good command of English and Cantonese, Mandarin is plus
