Job Description
- To lead technical member to maintan high level service standard.
- Develop, maintenance and improve existing network infrastructure.
- Communicate with hardware and software vendors to ensure the provision of effective works orders
- Provide technical traning for team member and cs member
Job Requirements
- Degree or above in computer science or related discipline
- Degree holders in Computer Science, Computer / Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or related disciplines
- Minimum 6 years relevant work experience with at 2 years in managing team members
- Strong Knowledge in Cisco router and switch, VoIP and related telecommunication products
- 2-3 year's relevant working experience in ISP or telecom field
- Experienced with Windows, Linux, and knowledge of LAN/WAN, Firewalls, MS SQL, VPN and wired networks, network monitoring, intranet and extranet servers
- CCNP/ CCVP is must and with CCIE credentials are distinctive advantage
- Solid experience in SIP, H.323, VoIP billing system etc
- Good Knowledge of TCP/IP, Web, DNS, Email server and MRTG
- Good knowledge of PABX, Voice mail and related product
- Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
